Michelle Pitcher

Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She primarily works in the Sullivan, IN clinic and has more than 20 years of experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare, with her recent work focusing on sexual assault services. Michelle graduated from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Southern Indiana in 2020. She is also a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and provides this service to the community. As the Clinical Services Director, Michelle is responsible for the daily execution, development, implementation, and management of her organization’s health and clinical services. She ensures proper accountability of programs in accordance with funding source guidelines and agency policies and procedures. Additionally, she is passionate about professional development and helping others grow in their careers. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, boating, participating in book clubs, and traveling.
