Pace Community Action Agency Holds Annual Meeting(s)
Pace Community Action Agency held Annual Board Meetings for its three corporations on Thursday, January 16, 2025 virtually. Each corporation: Pace Ventures Holding Corporation, Pace Development Corporation, and Pace Community Action Agency, Inc. held 2025 elections of officers.
Greg Jones presided over the Community Action Agency’s meeting, Terry Wise presided over the Ventures Holding meeting, and Tai Blythe presided over the Pace Development Corporation’s meeting.
Reports were presented by Greg Jones; Joel Smith; Jeremy Wimmenauer; Tai Blythe, Pace CEO; and Liann Smith, Pace CFO. The next meeting of Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
